We started ENORKS because implementation is treated as a technical problem
A Riyadh-based SAP SuccessFactors practice, founded by consultants with 12+ years each across the Gulf and the Saudi public sector.
Why we started
Every vendor treats an implementation as a technical delivery. Success means the requirement was met and the closure document was signed. Nobody asks whether the employee who has to live inside that system for the next ten years is better off — so change management gets dropped, the experience gets dropped, and the tools that would have made someone's work faster never get built.
Mahmoud and Abdullah Gala have each spent over twelve years delivering SAP HR work across the Gulf and the Saudi public sector, and ran a successful independent practice together before founding ENORKS. We built ENORKS to work differently — accountable for whether a system gets used, not just whether it goes live.
Our vision
A world where technology makes work better — for the people who use the systems, and the people who build them.
Our mission: we implement and run the SAP SuccessFactors platforms Saudi organisations depend on, and we design them around the people who'll live inside them every day.
Our values
Four values, and what each one costs us
Adoption is the finish line
We bring clients adoption data before they ask for it, good news or bad.
Design for the person, not the requirement
We argue for change management and enablement in scope even when it raises our price.
Everyone here knows why
Meaning is a delivery input, not a perk. If a consultant can't answer "why does this matter," that's a management failure, not theirs.
We only promise what we can hold
We say "not yet" out loud, including about our own partner status and track record.
Our team
A senior, four-person team led by co-founders Mahmoud and Abdullah Gala — 12+ years each in SAP HR delivery across the Gulf and the Saudi public sector. Our consultants are individually SAP-certified; ENORKS is not yet a formal SAP partner, and our partnership application is in progress. We'd rather say that than imply otherwise.
How we work with our own people
Our vision has a second clause, about the people who build the systems. In practice that means every programme opens with a short brief explaining who it helps and why it matters, and that sustained overtime is treated as a scoping problem to be escalated — not as commitment to be absorbed.
If that's how you want to work, write to us.
