Requirements are the minimum. Adoption is the result.
A system that goes live but isn't used has not succeeded. Most SuccessFactors implementations are scoped, priced and closed as technical projects — the requirement is delivered, the sign-off is collected, and nobody ever asks whether the employee's work actually got better.
Three years later the spreadsheets are still running, self-service is still done by HR, and someone proposes re-implementing a system that was delivered correctly the first time.
We think that's the wrong definition of done.

Our software exists because our consulting demanded it.
Every product we build started as a problem in a real programme. A configuration document that took hours in Word. A tenant nobody could tell was drifting out of policy. ENORKS was founded by consultants who have delivered SuccessFactors work across the Gulf and the Saudi public sector for over a decade. We're a small, senior team — currently four people — and we publish our results as they come in, including the ones that took longer than planned.
